Malcolm E. Graham B.A., LL.B

Malcolm E. Graham is an experienced and successful family law lawyer who is very familiar with Ontario courts. Practicing law in Hamilton since 1985, he has a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, as well as a Law Degree from University of Western Ontario. 
Born and raised in Hamilton
Received a B.A. from McMaster University in 1980
Received LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1983
Articled in Hamilton for Burns, Vasan, Christmas, McLeod and was called to the bar in 1985. Graham worked at the firm he articled for a year before going out on his own for a short period of time. 
Joined an old and established firm in Hamilton, Robinson, McCallum, McKerracher in 1998 and quickly became a partner. Graham practiced and continues to practice mainly family law, real estate, Wills and Estates.
His practice is primarily Family and  consists largely of referrals from other lawyers.
He has  five full time or part-time employees.
Malcolm Graham has been involved in many trials, however the vast majority of files involve negotiations with other lawyers and resolution before trial.
He offers flexible hours, knowledgeable and helpful staff and competitive hourly rates.
